Ability to maintain and implement a secure and reliable messaging environment through both cloud and on-premise computing environments
Ability to collaborate with security and network teams to ensure appropriate security and compliance controls are implemented
Ability to provide mailbox management for local and extended enterprise systems and personnel
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IT support, administration, or engineering
Ability to design, implement, administer, and support client Microsoft email and messaging services
Ability to maintain and implement a secure and reliable messaging environment through both cloud and on-premise computing environments
Ability to collaborate with security and network teams to ensure appropriate security and compliance controls are implemented
Ability to provide mailbox management for local and extended enterprise systems and personnel
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Preferred
15+ years of experience in IT support, administration, or engineering
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred; Master's degree a plus
