Act as a trusted advisor to family-owned businesses, delivering sophisticated tax planning, compliance, and advisory services tailored to the unique needs of real estate clients

Lead client engagements with a hands-on approach, ensuring technical excellence and proactive communication

Oversee complex partnership tax compliance, including preparation and review of partnership returns, allocations, basis calculations, and multi-tiered entity structures

Develop and implement tax strategies that support clients' long-term business goals, including succession planning, entity structuring, and transaction support

Collaborate with fellow partners and firm leadership to shape strategic direction, drive growth, and enhance service offerings

Mentor and develop high-performing tax professionals, fostering a culture of technical rigor, accountability, and client-first thinking

Stay abreast of evolving tax legislation and industry trends, translating insights into actionable guidance for clients and the firm

Identify business development opportunities and attend industry-specific networking events to facilitate a growing prospect pipeline and strengthening the Wiss brand
