Responsibilities

Implementing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as PowerApps and UiPath

Developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness using technologies like Python and JavaScript

Designing, building, maintaining, and providing expertise on RPA bots with tools like UiPath and Power Automate to improve HR service delivery

Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and functionality

Working closely with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality products

Creating and maintaining technical documentation for code and development processes

Leverage tools including, but not limited to, Power Automate, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro, Mural, AWS, and UiPath Task Capture to support human capital functions

Knowledge of industry and federal hiring practices

Able to provide innovative methods of streamlining efforts working with IT Professionals

Proficiency in both front and back-end technologies

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing skills
