Responsibilities

Utilize expertise in specific aspects of a Product Service Lines’ (PSL) technology and services portfolio to educate Customers, Operations, in the Low Carbon Solutions space including CCUS and Geothermal applications
Lead the Halliburton Completion Tools’ Business Development (BD) efforts to educate industry on features, advantages and benefits of the PSL’s Low Carbon solution offerings
Including the Delivery Execution
Utilize a detailed knowledge base of specific sub-PSL products, services, and solutions in order to identify technical needs of customers through product knowledge and geographic understanding of challenges
Aid the BD organization in pursuit of work through customer interaction and internal/external workshops
Provide subject matter technical expertise with recommendations for proposal preparation, operations and communication of solutions
Maintain an overview of the Low Carbon Solutions market and Halliburton’s marketing strategies by collaborating with the various departments at a, Region/Country, Business Development, Account and Tech Teams to identify opportunities to grow profitable revenue and maintain awareness of the technology available from the PSL
Provide input to company’s technology project priorities through the understanding of the market, customer’s needs and technology gaps within the geographic customer base
Execute tactical action plans as set by Country management team
Understand and promote the PSL’s quality directives and ensure that completion or workover operations are performed in a consistent manner in compliance with all HSE and OE policies and best practices
Domestic travel required 25% of the time

Required

10 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Technical Sales Advisor-related occupation
Experience in the energy services industry including Operational and Sales experience with Directional Drilling (Rotary Steerable System, Motor Centers of Excellence, Turbines) and Completion tools (SCSSV, Flow Controls, Packers, Unconventional Completions, Sand Control Multi-Lateral, Intelligent Completions, Liner Hangers, Retrievable Tools, Wellbore Cleaning, Open hole Isolation systems, etc.) technology and services portfolio
Experience with the Low Carbon Solutions market particularly on Carbon Capture and geothermal markets in the US energy sector that include generating revenue opportunities related to new and existing clients and managing projects to delivery best solutions across life cycle
Experience delivering high visibility projects globally that involve system engineering, projects executions across 'Swim Lanes' (Engineering, DBT, Simulation and Prototype) using knowledge of project management methodologies
Experience developing and executing company strategic deployment plan to maximize Operational Efficiency (OE) to achieving vision, strategy and business goals using knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies
Experience in Turbodrills Turbine Technology including delivering technical trainings for internal and external customers, developing strategies to increase market share and profitability by working with Technology and Regions to improve and try new designs and lower the cost per circulating hours
Experience using Completion software's like Cyberstring, Schematics, Quote system and systems like SAP, CWI, Enterprise, XaitPorter, etc
