They are seeking an Information Technology Analyst/Programmer II to manage the Construction Project Management Information System, providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration improvements to support over 300 active projects worth $3 billion.

Responsibilities
Identifying configuration improvements and defects
Planning, developing, training, and rolling out changes to the CPMIS
Providing ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of any issues
Developing and maintaining configuration, and security management of the CPMIS
Conducting performance monitoring and system integrity checks in the CPMIS
Managing configuration of business processes, user administration, data views, reports, and dashboards
Implementing necessary corrections in the development environment and migrating changes to the production environment
Collaborating with stakeholders to perform detailed requirements analysis, documenting current and future processes, and managing all aspects of testing and implementation
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in computer applications programming and development and systems analysis
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, mathematics, or a related field
Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted

Some positions require the use of personal or City vehicles on City business. Individuals must be physically capable of operating the vehicles safely, possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record. Use of a personal vehicle for City business will be prohibited if the employee is not authorized to drive a City vehicle or if the employee does not have personal insurance coverage
Preferred
Three years of experience rolling out and implementing enterprise software applications similar to Oracle Unifier, including planning, configuration, user training, and post-deployment support
Experience in/with Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies, helpdesk and training
Designing and maintaining databases integrated with other complex systems
Providing application performance monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and optimization
Construction project lifecycle, construction collaboration processes, or project financial tracking
Creating documentation and training staff and/or users to work with new systems and applications
Project and organizational management, including monitoring time and financial expenditures for tasks performed
Facilitating new processes with stakeholders for approval, and importing into production, with set up in templates and/or shells
Preparing and presenting written and oral reports to management, regarding proposed information technology systems, including the impact on all users, expected costs, and benefits
