Vice President, Organizational Development
Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. The Vice President, Organizational Development will serve as a key liaison for the IDD Division, managing initiatives, mentoring leaders, and collaborating across departments to support the organization's mission and strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Make high level, critical decisions consistent with the broader organization and division/department strategic goals and business imperatives of the organization
Effectively mentor and invest in the growth of emerging leaders to build a talent pipeline within designated area of operations
Manages staff and provides leadership and guidance
Understands and evaluates data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, assess the effectiveness of programs, and support decision-making by senior management
Plays a crucial role in developing and executing the organization's strategic plan including setting goals, determining priorities, and overseeing the implementation of initiatives to achieve the organization's mission through leading cross-functional teams and working closely with other senior leaders to ensure alignment, collaboration and coordination
Manages budgets, monitors performance, and evaluates outcomes to ensure effectiveness and impact and develops new programs or initiatives in line with the organization's mission and strategic objectives
Engages in advocacy efforts to advance the organization's mission and influence policy decisions relevant to their cause. Building and maintaining strategic partnerships
Establishes operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices, and fostering a positive organizational culture and supports recruiting and developing talent within the organization
Leads program expansion and development activities for the IDD Division
Develops and maintains positive relationships with stakeholders and payers to support growth and diversification of IDD services
Manages overall operations within growth areas identified in collaboration with the local leadership team
Front facing liaison with Business Development team for IDD growth and expansion opportunities and activities
Front facing liaison with the fiscal team to evaluate, analyze and develop plans to ensure ongoing viability and sustainability of services for the IDD Division
Manages and leads special projects and program initiatives as assigned
