Responsibilities

Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of marketing products and services

Partner with Technical Account Management team during client training sessions related to new software upgrades and functionality

Provide amazing customer support while learning to assist clients with troubleshooting software concerns

Assists in the support of client software setup and configuration

Be part of a great team and collaborate with team members across the organization

Qualification

Required

Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Marketing, Digital Media, Visual Design, Communications or General Business

Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow processes

Intellectual curiosity and the ability research and learn new concepts

Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities comfortably

Preferred

Experience in Property Management Software Solutions

Database or data warehouse courses as well as exposure to SQL and/or MS Access
