Responsibilities

Prepare special reports on I.T. infrastructure development under general guidance

Coordinate special projects / actions and programs

Respond to routine and non-routine inquiries using standard formats

Provide word processing support using automated data processing office machines, and a variety of software packages to produce standard and nonstandard documents

Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications

Exercise quality control over documents intended for external distribution

Required

Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum)

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Experience using SharePoint as a collaborative tool and general proficiency in maintaining records in shared folders

Demonstrated effectiveness in professional communications, both verbal and written

Demonstrated experience in supporting I.T. infrastructure development programs
