Chief Enterprise Architect – GTM Systems, ERP, AI & Business Transformation

Genesis10 is seeking a Chief Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic evolution of enterprise technology for a client in the Software Industry. This role involves working closely with C-level executives to architect scalable solutions across key domains including GTM systems, ERP modernization, and AI enablement.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product leaders to translate business goals into scalable architectural strategies
Ensure technology initiatives are directly aligned with outcomes such as revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency
Facilitate executive workshops to prioritize architectural investments based on ROI and business value
Develop and maintain a unified enterprise blueprint across CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, and marketing platforms, including:
GTM Stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Marketo, Gainsight
ERP/Finance: SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Workday
Billing: Zuora, Stripe, Chargebee, DealHub
Lead application portfolio rationalization to reduce complexity, eliminate redundancy, and improve agility
Architect and integrate the full L2C lifecycle—from lead generation and quoting to billing, revenue recognition, and collections
Optimize workflows and data flows across GTM, Finance, and Delivery functions through seamless system integration
Drive automation and scalability across quoting, contracting, invoicing, and financial reporting processes
Define and execute an enterprise AI roadmap focused on predictive insights, automation, and decision intelligence
Collaborate with data science teams to deliver AI use cases such as:
Sales forecasting
Churn prediction
Personalized marketing
Intelligent case routing
Ensure AI initiatives are ethically governed, scalable, and aligned with strategic priorities
Lead the shift from legacy systems to modular, cloud-native, event-driven, and API-first architectures
Establish reusable integration and data-sharing patterns using platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato
Champion modern architecture principles including composability, microservices, and DevOps/CI-CD practices
Maintain architecture frameworks aligned with TOGAF or similar standards
Chair the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to assess technical proposals for strategic fit, risk, and cost-effectiveness
Govern architectural decisions across infrastructure, application, data, integration, and security domains
Lead, mentor, and align a high-performing team of domain and solution architects
Regularly brief the CIO and executive stakeholders on architecture strategy, progress, and KPIs
Represent enterprise architecture in board-level meetings, major transformation initiatives, and M&A due diligence

Required

15+ years in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or digital transformation roles
Proven experience leading architecture across GTM systems, ERP, and finance technology domains
Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service), ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and billing solutions
Successful track record delivering AI-driven capabilities and ML-powered business solutions
Expertise in cloud-native architectures, event-driven design (e.g., Kafka, Snowflake), and enterprise integration platforms
Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive influence skills
At least one large-scale implementation experience of Lead to Cash, specifically around CPQ, is required, even if not full end to end
Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud is essential to enhance customer retention and support experiences
A robust background in Data Management and technical implementation is necessary, although the specific technology may vary
A comprehensive understanding of the Analytics space is important to ensure the successful implementation of Data Warehousing technologies and the integration of appropriate analytics
The ability to lead a complex team comprising Product Management/Product Owners and a technical delivery team is crucial
In the last 2-3 years, some experience with AI and a desire to convert some solutions into AI, along with a willingness to learn and adapt
Business acumen to translate business objectives into tangible roadmaps and technical solutions and able to communicate with VP level folks in the company to drive priorities and execution strategies

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Azure AI)
Knowledge of privacy-by-design, zero-trust architecture, and secure-by-default principles
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
Experience with business capability modeling and value stream architecture
