Responsibilities

Managing turnover
Recruiting
Payroll and benefits administration
Driving positive employee relations
Acting as the "go-to" consultant for performance management, disciplinary documentation, investigations and coaching/training for managers and field HR managers
Providing strategic guidance to leaders to ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations under the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, OSHA and other employment laws

Required

Bachelor's Degree in business or Human Resources management or equivalent work experience
3+ years' Human Resources management
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
