They are seeking an Office/Front Desk Assistant to perform registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, manage medical records functions, and provide administrative support to patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities
Performs registration and scheduling of outpatient appointments, medical records functions to include release of medical records information
Answers telephone inquiries
Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to proactively identify and respond to the needs of the patients, medical office staff and physicians
Qualification
Required
Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
Requires knowledge of a specialized field
1-3 years of experience
