Responsibilities
Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with clients while relaying info between repossession agent and client either by telephone, email, and client system
Responsible for assigning out repossession orders to correct areas
Resolves customer questions, complaints, and requests
Update all accounts that are out for repossession as needed per client requirements
Enter all data into the various computer programs; edit/publish agent updates for the client to view
Have the ability to think through and follow up on tips and leads in order to be as effective as possible; including basic skip-tracing
Assist the office in answering the phones and basic administrative duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills required
Excellent navigation skills for internet, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous customer service experience desired
