Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of underground electrical utility projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Manage field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipalities to ensure compliance and resolve issues
Review and approve project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports
Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Mentor junior project managers and field staff

Required

7+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on underground utilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
