Responsibilities

Lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a knowledge management plan
Improve or automate systems by integrating available technology
Provide clients with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better

Required

Experience implementing knowledge management principles in supporting change management within a large organization
Experience in using SharePoint online and managing internet web platforms
Knowledge of Generative AI tools
Ability to develop and communicate best practices for integrating tools into everyday businesses processes
Ability to operate independently and identify intent from broad leadership direction
Ability to work with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Knowledge of the Joint Staff
TS/SCI clearance
