Cleaning Schedules
Working with Reserve Statements
Maintains accurate records of all banking transactions
Running reports in Excel

Qualification

Clerical accounting experienceReynolds/Reynolds experienceProficient in ExcelAutomotive experienceAdvanced computer skillsMultitaskFriendly interaction skills

Required

High School diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
Minimum of 2 years clerical accounting experience or completed college level accounting courses
Flexible with day-to-day duties
Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
Advanced computer skills
Proficient in Excel
Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
