Regional Sales Manager - Equipment Finance

The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of Business Development Managers to drive profitable growth in the Equipment Finance sector while managing broker relationships and ensuring compliance with company values and standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach BDMs to meet and exceed business growth targets
Oversee regional deal quality and broker performance management
Manage budgets and be accountable for revenue outcomes (>$500m scale)
Partner across Settlements, Marketing, Product, Risk, Legal, Audit & Compliance to deliver product development and campaigns
Build and retain strong relationships across the EF broker network through excellent service
Uphold BOQ Group values and Code of Conduct; ensure policy and regulatory compliance

Required

Experience in leading a high-performing team of Business Development Managers
Proven track record in delivering profitable growth in the finance industry
Strong knowledge of equipment finance
Ability to manage budgets against ambitious growth targets
Experience in overseeing regional deal quality and broker performance management
Strong relationship-building skills with brokers and internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Creative thinking and a solutions-focused attitude
Commitment to upholding compliance and conduct standards
Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments such as Settlements, Marketing, Product, Risk, Legal, Audit & Compliance
