Responsibilities
Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems and equipment
As team leader delegate daily work orders to maintain optimal building operations
Respond promptly to tenant service requests and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain logs and records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Ensure building operations comply with safety regulations and company standards
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance
Monitor building systems and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal performance
Perform general building repairs including light carpentry, painting, and plumbing
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferred
3+ years of experience in building engineering or facility maintenance
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Trade school or technical certification preferred
EPA Universal Certification is a plus
