Responsibilities
In your activities you will lead the XPAS business segment goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability, market penetration, and other various areas
You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Portfolio Managers to achieve results
You will collaborate across business lines to align on portfolio priorities
You will create strategic plans and develop programs aligned with business line strategies
You will adapt local product messaging and drive standardization messaging for modality bundled solutions
You will initiate and explore untapped entrepreneurial market segments, monitor sales forecast and negotiate with suppliers aimed at long term profitable growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 10 years customer relationship or business management experience in the field of Healthcare
Willing to travel up to 30%
You work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce the best results
You demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures
You possess industry medical device leadership experience
You possess high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems
You have knowledge of the organization and how to effectively influence others in a matrix managed structure
You have excellent PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
