RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Product Owners / Business Analysts with a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management Operations to join a long-term initiative with a leading global financial institution. This role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and ensuring alignment on product vision and delivery.

Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on product vision, requirements, and delivery
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Asset & Wealth Management operations, processes, and systems
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end delivery of product features and enhancements
Support operational readiness, including training, documentation, and change management
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and operational policies within the asset management domain

Required

5–10 years of combined experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst, preferably within Asset & Wealth Management or broader financial services
Strong understanding of investment operations, trade lifecycle, client onboarding, settlements, and reconciliations
Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and actionable delivery plans
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and working with distributed teams
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience with JP Morgan Asset Management systems and processes
Exposure to regulatory requirements in the asset management industry
Relevant certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or CFA (Level I/II) are a plus
