Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and provide proactive support to senior leadership
Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and accommodations, including after-hours logistics
Prepare and reconcile expense reports using Concur or similar platforms with accuracy and timeliness
Plan and execute meetings, team events, and corporate functions, ensuring seamless organization
Manage office supplies, catering, and general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of administrative experience supporting executives, ideally within financial services, consulting, or other professional settings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with executive scheduling, travel logistics, and confidential information handling
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills, excelling in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience in Concur or similar expense systems
