New Grad, Entry LevelLimitless East Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join their dynamic team. The role involves assisting in the execution of various events, providing exceptional service to guests, and ensuring a smooth event experience.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Set up and dismantle event equipment and venues according to event specifications
Assist with guest registration and provide information to attendees during events
Manage event check-in processes and ensure a smooth flow of guests into the venue
Support event coordinators in executing event schedules and timelines effectively
Provide excellent customer service to all guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event space
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, as many events occur outside of standard business hours
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry equipment as necessary for event setups
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Preferred
Previous experience in event planning or hospitality
