Responsibilities
Handles multiple types of mid to large-scale programs (programs typically more than $1,000,000 in scope)
Develops and coordinates schedules, budgets, subcontractors, etc. as needed
Prepares and coordinates periodic reports, studies, presentations, etc. and presents as needed
Able to work independently and experienced in managing/meeting client expectations
Demonstrates ability to get along with coworkers, customers and visitors
Performs other duties as assigned
Responsible for nurturing the growth of the business by identifying and capturing additional business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Position requires bachelor's degree and 15 years of previous project and/or program management experience
Experience in Program Management, Cost Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Resources Management
Able to read and interpret documents, engineering drawings
Able to write routing and non-routine reports and correspondence
Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
Able to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Able to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables
Preferred
Background in USACE Civil Works highly desired
