Responsibilities

Partner with the Business Product Owner and Executive Director โ€“ CRM Suite Leader to define digital-forward Patient CRM product roadmaps, including features, timelines, dependencies, and experience design
Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
Evangelize product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for business feedback, enhancement requests, and user needs
Drive business requirements definition for Patient CRM features, integrations, and non-functional performance standards
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), incorporating user insights and feedback to ensure successful feature launches
Support rollout and adoption of new CRM capabilities across existing and new user groups
Coordinate with Commercial, Field Sales, Medical, Marketing, IT, and enterprise product teams to align priorities and ensure seamless CRM integration
Partner closely with Customer Experience teams to ensure CRM solutions meet end-user needs and expectations
Establish and maintain business standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent execution
Drive experimentation and continuous improvement aligned with the broader business learning agenda
Monitor healthcare, pharmaceutical, and digital engagement trends to inform CRM strategy and roadmap evolution
Ensure CRM capabilities comply with regulatory, privacy, and compliance requirements while supporting effective field engagement

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, science, marketing, or a related field
7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in product management, digital product operations, or equivalent roles
Proven experience owning product components end-to-end, from problem definition through execution and delivery
Strong experience developing and executing product roadmaps
Hands-on experience with UAT and feature rollouts across diverse user populations
Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and deliver solutions through cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments

Preferred

Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries
Experience managing enterprise CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce, particularly within life sciences
Strong understanding of omnichannel customer engagement strategies tailored to patient populations
Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
