Veterinary Client Service Representative
Acorn Animal Hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care and customer service. They are seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to deliver friendly care to clients and patients, manage appointment scheduling, and assist with patient records and prescriptions.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
Process invoices payments
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
Accurately input data into computer software
