Excellent academic credentials

Demonstrate a commitment to ethics

Highly motivated and hard-working

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Experience working in the corporate/business/securities group of a large law firm

Member of the Utah Bar or willing to take the Utah Bar

If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state
