Responsibilities
The Business Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of the business office including: processing payroll and employee benefits, on-boarding, workers compensation, personnel file maintenance, HR policies and procedures
This position supervises the front desk concierge/reception staff. The Business Office manager is responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable
Qualification
Required
Previous HR and payroll experience is required
Must have experience with Human Resources and employee relations
Must be computer proficient and have strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Candidates must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Must be organized and effectively able to on-board new staff and maintain all required documents for Employees Personnel files
Preferred
Some Assisted Living experience in a Senior Living setting preferred
We require at least 1 year of payroll and ADP payroll software preferred
