Responsibilities
Work FT, 40 hours per week (flexible remote schedule)
Oversee all day-to-day business operations of piloted state (OH)
Provide continuous oversite on growth in OH market
Lead scaling initiatives from one state to multiple-state services
Evaluate billing and reimbursement models to inform state expansion strategies
Establish and lead clinical hiring metrics, policies, and procedures
Build out future business development, implementing new hires
Keep abreast all mental health trends and clinical operations
Collaborate with Chief Clinical Officer, Marketing, Legal, and HR
Understand start-up culture and lead with entrepreneurial spirit
Establish KPIs and lead reporting presentations for Executive team
Report to COO
Qualification
Required
4 years Senior Operational Leadership within a Mental Health organization
3 years' experience within a successful start-up
Knowledge of mental health policies, reimbursement, and credentialing
Proven track record of scaling business operations
