Responsibilities

Helping other people in the community by solving their pest issues and building long-term relationships via honesty, empathy, and outstanding customer service

Traveling to appointments and meeting with customers to assess pest problems in and around their homes and workplaces and executing specialized treatment plans

Seeking to solve existing pest problems and recommending corrective actions to prevent issues

Required

The ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way areas, and position yourself to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces

The ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds

The ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions

The flexibility to assist in various service departments within the branch as needed

Basic math skills to measure and mix product applications accurately

The ability to operate a variety of hand tools and equipment safely

The ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which includes an OSHA compliant respirator in some cases

Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc

Held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record

The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

Good oral and written communication

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S

Availability to work a flexible schedule (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.)
