Responsibilities

Own full-cycle accounting, including month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations

Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting for leadership and the board

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash activity

Handle payroll accounting, journal entries, and related schedules (403(b), accruals)

Support grant financial reporting and budget tracking (training provided)

Prepare audit schedules and support annual audit and tax processes

Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
