Responsibilities

Sell and close homes using the Lokal Sales Process
Contact customers in backlog each week to communicate important updates
Submit daily & weekly reports to manager
Complete initial & final option selections (if applicable) in accordance to company policy
Visit builder competition 1x per month and complete competition analysis
Review company sales process & tour with manager
Attend scheduled trainings as required
Attend community team meetings each Friday as required

Required

Must be flexible on schedule as Saturdays / Sundays are required workdays but will have consecutive days off during the week while providing sales center coverage for our team
Deliver an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes buyer and team member
Sell and close homes using the Lokal Sales Process

Preferred

New Home Sales Experience preferred but not required
High end sales or hospitality experience a plus
