Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling warehouse operations
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock accuracy
Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Maintain warehouse management through ERP for tracking inventory
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles
Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving processes, and warehouse safety standards
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient forklift experience, stand-up and sit down
Dependable (must be at work on time)
Must have a valid driver license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work in various weather conditions
Must be able to stand or walk up to 10 hours per day
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Standup/Sit Down Forklift Certification
