They are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their User Experience team, where the candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance user experience through design and coding.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the developers, quality assurance, and UX team to assess, duplicate, and address issues and bugs

Solid understanding of the principles behind user experience, web navigation, SEO, user habits, current design trends, cross-browser and platform compatibility issues

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while remaining flexible and adaptive to change

Must be able to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and projects effectively

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related roles

Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite CS5/CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) as well as typical Web Development tools such as DOM inspectors

Ability to utilize and hand code valid, accessible HTML, XHTML, XML, and CSS

Advanced experience utilizing web scripting methods including JavaScript, jQuery, PHP

UX: 3 years (Required)

UI: 3 years (Required)

Preferred

Experience in Agile software development preferred but not required

Experience with mobile design and development preferred

Experience with HTML5, responsive design, and JQuery touch events preferred

Knowledge of visual design principles including typography, color, and icon development a plus

Experience in Java, EXT, JS, and JSP is a plus
