Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to meet with involved parties to a claim
Obtain in-person investigation including recorded statements, scene and vehicle photos, signed documents and serve legal documents
Attend legal hearings including trial monitoring and Small Claims Court attendance
Assignments are throughout Southern California including San Diego County, Indio County, Los Angeles and Orange Counties, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, Fresno and surrounding areas
Qualification
Required
Located in Southern California
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prepare original reports in Word and logs in Excel - Knowledge of both, required
MINIMUM of 4 years handling casualty claims
Litigation claims handling experience - Knowledge of the court system, monitoring trials and preparing reports
PC with current versions of Word and Excel
Car/insurance
Valid driver license
