Responsibilities
Lead daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing
Develop and manage production schedules aligned with customer demand and manufacturing capacity
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and performance of extraction and processing equipment
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, good manufacturing practices, and regulatory requirements
Partner with Quality Assurance teams to investigate deviations, support root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Supervise, train, and mentor production operators and technicians while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance yield, efficiency, sustainability, and overall production performance
Manage raw material inventory, finished goods flow, and operational costs, including energy, labor, and material usage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
At least five years of experience in a process manufacturing environment, including a minimum of two years in a leadership role
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis, and critical control points, and related regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a production environment
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements
Experience collaborating with Engineering, Research and Development, and Quality teams
Proficiency with production management systems, digital tools, and data analysis platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
Preferred
Background in process optimization, sustainability initiatives, or continuous improvement methodologies
Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration to improve operational flow and efficiency
