Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field
Minimum 8+ years of experience in project engineering or a similar role
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in risk management and problem-solving
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Preferred
Advanced Engineering degree such as Master's in Engineering or related field
Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Passion for delivering high-quality results
Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in engineering
CAM COST accounting management / PMP Certification
Excellent collaboration skills to drive successful project execution with cross-functional teams
A strong coaching and mentorship skills
Some CAM experience and proposal preparation experience. Knowledge of the AET system
