Senior Wealth Advisory Manager
BakerAvenue is a wealth management firm that provides comprehensive investment expertise for high-net-worth clients. The Senior Wealth Advisory Manager will support Wealth Advisors in delivering tailored wealth management solutions and managing client relationships to grow assets under management through referrals and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Deliver tailored investment and comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients by collaborating with strategic partners to design, implement and manage their portfolio
Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan and portfolio strategy
Oversee and support the team in pre-client-meeting preparation and post-client-meeting processing
Prepare customized proposals for clients and prospective clients
Assists in the development of complex and highly customized financial portfolios
Collaborate with the Advisor and Investment Management Committee to deliver investment recommendations
Develop asset allocations to meet clients’ risk profile and time horizon
Monitor and follow up with all action items from client meetings
Calendar and confirm client meetings for Wealth Advisors
Knowledge of key financial, investment and risk management concepts to be able to lead client meetings
Co-manage and provide leadership within the team
Qualification
Required
4 – 7 + years in client facing advisory roles. Concentrations in wealth management, financial, estate planning, and/or tax related work
CFP® required. Other credentials a plus
4-year college degree with a preferred emphasis in economics, business, finance, accounting or similar field
Very strong knowledge of finance and capital markets required
Technical expertise in financial planning, retirement planning, investment management and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis
