Own quarterly/annual SEC filings (10 K, 10 Q, 8 K) and disclosures
Drive the SEC reporting calendar and streamline end to end processes
Prepare & present materials for Disclosure/Audit Committees
Mentor a team of 3 analysts; enforce best in class controls
Partner on new FASB/SEC guidance and special projects

Qualification

CPASEC reportingUS GAAPSOX 404Workiva/WdeskExecutive presenceMentoringPresentation skillsFast-paced environment

Required

CPA required; Big 4 experience strongly preferred
12+ years of experience, including senior level SEC reporting (ability to own and lead the process)
US GAAP, SOX 404, and Workiva/Wdesk familiarity
Executive presence; Proven ability to present to senior leaders
Success in fast paced, complex, global environments
