Design, implement, and document a replicable after-school career pathways program that increases student engagement, inspires hope for future opportunities, and contributes to breaking cycles of poverty through education and workforce readiness

Create all necessary program frameworks—including instructor recruitment processes, student registration systems, communication workflows, and evaluation templates—so that the program can continue annually without VISTA support

Ensure continuity and growth of the program after the VISTA’s service year
