Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Meet homeowners through company-generated appointments, building rapport and assessing their outdoor space needs
Design Consultation: Measure outdoor areas, discuss design possibilities, and provide project estimates that align with the client’s vision
Client-Centric Service: Ensure that each homeowner experience is smooth and centered on customer satisfaction
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the construction department to transition clients seamlessly from consultation to project completion
Technology Utilization: Use our design platforms to create custom designs, submit contracts, and track project details
Lead Generation: Generate additional leads independently while leveraging company-provided leads
Qualification
Required
Prior sales experience is ideal, or a strong interest in starting a sales career
Comfortable with basic office software and excited to learn new technology
Driver's License: Required for meeting with clients in various locations
Self-Motivated: You're driven to exceed performance goals, energized by friendly team competition
Effective Communicator: You excel at verbal and written communication, making clients feel informed and cared for
Personable and Professional: Known for your outgoing personality, you create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
Creative Problem Solver: You're excited about helping homeowners achieve their outdoor living dreams through meaningful projects
Preferred
Experience in fields like windows, bathrooms, kitchens, solar, or real estate is a plus
