Responsibilities
Serve as the primary delivery point of contact to coordinate with client project management teams
Lead internal and external project kick-off meetings and facilitate the discovery phase alongside Product Consultants, Business Analysts, and Client Partners
Develop detailed project plans based on discovery inputs and documentation
Manage all client communications related to project planning, schedules, milestones, and status reporting
Present regular status reports to clients with accurate project information, including sprint/release updates, effort tracking, RAID, and issue logs
Create and manage project budgets and forecasts in partnership with the Scrum Master
Oversee incident management, change control, problem management, and scope management activities
Lead cross-functional teams—including product, development, QA, and Scrum Masters—to ensure seamless project delivery
Partner with clients and internal teams to prioritize deliverables amid competing demands
Manage purchase order creation and tracking as part of project governance
Qualification
Required
10–15 years total experience in Information Technology (products/services)
10–15 years total experience in Project Implementation and Optimization
10–15 years total experience in Onshore–Offshore Delivery Model
10–15 years total experience in Agile Software Development
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Proven experience collaborating with Account Teams, Customers, Service Delivery, and Operations
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
