Responsibilities
Respond to customer technical questions via phone, email, and web
Support key accounts and follow up with post-sale communications
Represent the company at trade shows and run product demos
Maintain CRM records and sales reporting tools
Gather customer feedback to share with product development
Create technical content such as how-to guides and application notes
Help maintain company website and create digital ad materials
Collaborate with R&D on product messaging and roadmaps
Qualification
Required
Degree in electrical engineering or physics required
Applied technical experience required
Coursework or experience in analog and digital electronics required
Experience using lab testing equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.) required
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows required
Preferred
applied technical : 1 year
