The IT Site Support Specialist will ensure seamless IT operations by addressing technical challenges and providing on-site technical support, while fostering collaboration across departments. This role is critical for supporting the company's growth and enhancing customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site level 1 technical support for hardware, software, audio systems, cameras, domains, WIFI, POS and other IT concerns
Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with WorldSprings business goals
Foster collaborative relationships with other departments and teams
Assist in design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems
Ensure network security and data integrity by implementing robust security measures
Manage the acquisition, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including licenses and updates
Monitor technology trends and evaluate new products and solutions to enhance efficiency
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users
Installation or delegation of computer or POS installation or relocation
Learn and maintain basic knowledge of the custom POS software to provide initial support to end-users
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and practices to protect data and systems
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Lead and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations and infrastructure expansions
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, protocols, and procedures
Generate regular reports on IT performance, project status and security assessments
Other duties as assigned by manager

Required

Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, network administration, and cyber security
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory management
Flexibility to adapt to emerging technologies and industry

Preferred

Certifications like PMP, ITlL or CISSP can be advantages
