They are seeking a Quality System Configuration Specialist to assist system program leaders with configurations and provide support for global applications, including troubleshooting and system administration duties.

Responsibilities
Provide daily system support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of the EtQ Reliance application
Troubleshoot system issues with users and collaborate with software vendors when necessary
Perform system administration duties such as updating website information, managing system data changes, etc
Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance
Create and execute test cases to verify that configurations function as expected
Support software validation and change control activities
Develop charts, graphs, and reports using Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools
Assist with the development of training materials for system users
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experienced in system troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Proficient in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SQL experience required
Preferred
Scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript)
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools
Passionate team player with a focus on helping others succeed
