Responsibilities
Answer customer questions about loans, guide them through applications, approvals, payments and account status
Handle complaints and resolve issues related to mortgage payments, escrow, or other account-specific concerns
Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, general education degree equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven customer support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc
Preferred
Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly preferred
