Fifteen (15) years' experience in development and management of software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle
IAT Level III certification such as CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), CCNP Security, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance
