Enkompas Technology Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Analyst Technician to provide internal system and deskside support to employees and contractors. The role involves handling Tier 1 escalations, providing support for various technology in the office, and managing internal assets.

Responsibilities

Handle Tier 1 escalations through tickets

Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely updates and resolution

Provide internal system and deskside support of Windows PCs, Apple iPad and iPhone devices, thin clients, printers, desk and mobile phones, and other technology used in a typical office

Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process

Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms

Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records

Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Required

Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows 10 as well as use of cloud office systems such as Office 365

Familiarity with typical PC hardware, thin clients, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices

Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users

An ability to learn technical material

Exceptional organization and time-management skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to lift moderate loads of up to 20 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet

Ability to drive to company locations within the greater Pittsburgh area. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required along with a vehicle in good condition
