Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the financial services market

Perform technical reviews of federal and state tax workpapers, research, allocations, and tax returns

Review and assist with income tax accounting and ASC 740 reporting

Anticipate client needs and consult on emerging and complex tax issues

Communicate engagement progress, challenges, and resolutions clearly to customers

Collaborate across teams to expand services and support overall firm growth

Manage engagement economics, including billing and collections

Continuously develop professional expertise and specialty knowledge

Coach and develop team members, providing guidance and year-round performance feedback

Build a professional network through colleagues, referral partners, prospects, and community involvement

Represent the firm in the business community and within professional organizations

Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, engagement, and alignment with firm values

Set and achieve meaningful stretch goals to increase impact within the firm
