Responsibilities
The responsibilities are to oversee, plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of our Memory Care Assisted Living
This position works in conjunction with department heads, hires and supervises staff
The Executive Director facilitates company policies and procedures for maintaining a safe community for staff and residents
Candidates must have strong knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and the Memory Care process
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Community
5 years of experience working with Memory Care
Strong knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer's disease and the Memory Care process
Professional, dynamic and innovative with operational strategies
Strong decision-making skills
Superior leadership abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Sales savvy
Exhibit a high level of quality, commitment and desire for working in the Senior Living Industry
Bachelor's degree required
