Director - Business Consulting & Digital Transformation
Customertimes is seeking a Director of Business Consulting & Digital Transformation to serve as a client-facing transformation executive embedded across both presales and enterprise delivery programs. This role involves shaping and executing enterprise transformation programs while working directly with executive stakeholders to align business strategy and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as a senior solution authority in presales for enterprise transformation programs
Partner with: Sales Leadership, Executive Sponsors, Practice & Delivery Leadership
Lead or co-lead: Enterprise discovery engagements, Business diagnostics and current-state assessments, Executive transformation visioning workshops
Translate client business challenges into holistic solution architectures spanning: Salesforce, ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Data platforms & AI, Integration architecture, Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Shape: Multi-workstream transformation programs (business, technology, data, change), Scope boundaries, sequencing, and dependency models, Enterprise governance and operating models
Lead development of: Executive-level proposals, Business cases and ROI frameworks, High-level delivery roadmaps, Program operating models
Act as the primary executive credibility layer during sales cycles, ensuring: Realistic scope, Executable delivery strategy, Clear value realization, Organizational feasibility
Support: Large RFP responses, Executive pitch presentations, Due diligence for complex enterprise programs
Ensure seamless presales-to-delivery handoff with full strategic continuity
Embed within enterprise client programs as the business strategy and operating model transformation lead
Partner with C-suite and senior business leaders to: Identify and solution for business challenges, Define transformation vision, success metrics, and value case
Lead: Enterprise business capability mapping, Value-stream design, Future-state operating model definition
Identify systemic processes, data, adoption, and execution risks early
Translate business objectives into technology-enabled transformation strategies
Serve as executive advisor across: Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), PIM, MDM, Enterprise Data Warehousing & modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), AI, automation, and analytics ecosystems
Lead multi-system enterprise integration strategy
Ensure: Cross-platform process orchestration, Master data alignment, Enterprise data governance
Drive modernization across legacy and cloud-based platforms
Translate technical architecture into executive decision frameworks
Act as the primary OCM leader across transformation programs
Lead: Change impact assessments, Stakeholder alignment strategies, Role and process redesign, Training and enablement strategies
Partner with client HR, Operations, IT, Sales, Finance, and Field organizations
Ensure high adoption, business readiness, and post-go-live success
Serve as a trusted executive advisor
Lead: Executive strategy workshops, Business transformation assessments, Enterprise optimization roadmaps
Support: Executive steering committees, Program governance forums
Ensure outcomes are measured in business KPIs, not just system delivery
Provide executive oversight across: Program governance, Enterprise risk management, Multi-vendor coordination, Integration dependency management
Align: Business strategy, Technology architecture, Data strategy, Organizational change
Proactively identify execution risk, adoption risk, and value leakage
Qualification
Required
10+ years of client-facing consulting
10+ years of digital transformation leadership
10+ years of enterprise applications delivery
10+ years of business operations leadership
Direct ownership of enterprise Salesforce programs
Direct ownership of ERP transformations (SAP / Oracle)
Direct ownership of large-scale multi-system integration initiatives
Proven experience with PIM, MDM
Proven experience with enterprise data warehousing & modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
Proven experience with AI-enabled analytics and automation
Enterprise business capability mapping

Salesforce & ERP ecosystem strategy
