Procurement Coordinator

PromptCare is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join their team. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing medication and medical supply inventory, and overseeing warehouse operations and facilities. The coordinator supports data analytics and formulary implementation across pharmacy locations to ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with vendor agreements.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Participates in RFPs and business development initiatives
Represents Infusion Services at forums and conferences
Assesses compliance with rebate contracts and purchasing policies
Reviews purchase orders and daily reports for formulary compliance
Supports policy and procedure documentation
Manages medical supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, and cost verification
Coordinates with Pharmacy and Nursing to ensure adequate stock levels
Monitors vendor pricing and identifies cost-saving opportunities
Maintains and updates CPR+ and formulary records daily
Develops reports and spreadsheets for drug trends, rebates, and formulary changes
Supports procurement analytics and financial alignment with invoice processes
Assists with warehouse organization, deliveries, and fleet vehicle coordination
Manages promotional material logistics and supports facility safety compliance
Provides purchasing and sourcing support to field locations
Acts as a liaison for vendor issue resolution

Required

High school diploma required, or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Proficient in data analysis, variance reporting, and problem-solving
Skilled in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and supply chain software
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners
Capable of interpreting clinical and operational data
Able to perform pharmaceutical calculations and prepare budgets or projections
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Associate's degree in business, finance, accounting, MIS, Supply Chain
Pharmacy Technician training
